Minor Works & Maintenance
We welcome enquiries for all building, construction, and civil engineering services however small the value of the project may be. Our minor works team regularly undertake projects ranging between £1,000.00 to £25,000.00 in value.
We are also able to provide an emergency call out service for reactive maintenance works, undertaken on an hourly rate basis with standard fees provided upfront to clients prior to us attending a site.
For planned maintenance works we regularly work with clients to provide initial advice through to the implementation of a planned maintenance works. This can be on a one off basis or as part of an agreed framework to suit the client’s requirements.
